    Entire products, end to end — fleet IoT monitoring from in-vehicle hardware to live dashboard, security camera platforms, mobile apps, device firmware. When a project doesn't fit a category, it usually fits us.

How an engagement runs

  1. Discover

    A short paid scoping engagement: we sit with your team, look at the actual systems, and write down what's broken and what 'fixed' looks like.

  2. Scope

    A written proposal with a fixed scope, fixed price, and a delivery timeline you can plan against.

  3. Build

    Two-week iterations with a working demo at the end of each. You see progress, not just status reports.

  4. Handover

    We document, train, and stay available. We'd rather you don't need us — and we still get hired again, because the work was good.

How we work with AI

AI-assisted delivery

We use AI agents internally as part of how we deliver — for ticket triage, code review, integration testing, and reducing the toil that historically slowed integration work down. It's not the product, it's the workshop. It means we ship faster and with fewer mistakes. We've also shipped AI features inside customer systems: case sentiment analysis, similar-case matching, and AI assistants working over company data.
