Who we are
We are an integration and automation specialist firm. We build the systems that connect the systems your business runs on — Salesforce, Jira, support tools, customer-facing portals, and the long tail of custom internal software companies accumulate as they grow.
We started because we kept finding the same problem in companies we'd worked with: critical customer information scattered across multiple tools, a few heroic spreadsheet-keepers stitching it together manually, and no good answer when an executive asked "what does the customer health picture actually look like?" ClientShape was our answer to that, and the services arm grew from doing it repeatedly for different shapes of business.
